Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Prepare, pack, and check rental orders for accuracy before dispatching to events.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate deliveries, pickups, and returns to meet event timelines while optimizing transportation efficiency.
• Quality Control: Inspect rental items for damage or wear and ensure all products meet company standards before and after each event.
• Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure a safe and productive working environment.
• Customer Support: Work closely with sales and event teams to fulfill client needs and resolve any issues related to inventory or logistics.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure all warehouse operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Prior experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or event rentals helpful, but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (50+ lbs) as required.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the delivery team, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Oversee delivery routes, schedules, and vehicle loading to optimize time and resources.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Ensure rental items, including furniture, décor, and equipment, are delivered, assembled, and arranged according to client specifications.
• Quality Control: Inspect items before loading and after pickup to check for damage, cleanliness, and proper handling.
• Customer Service: Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients and event coordinators, addressing any issues professionally.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce proper lifting techniques, truck loading procedures, and adherence to all safety regulations.
• Vehicle & Transportation: Reserve, drive and maintain delivery vehicles in proper manner.
• Problem-Solving: Handle last-minute changes, missing or damaged items, and other challenges to ensure seamless event execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in delivery logistics, warehouse operations, or the event rental industry preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift and transport heavy items (50+ lbs) safely.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation, logistics software, or routing apps is a plus.
