Inventory Rental Questions

So, how does this work?

Great question! Start with creating an account and then a wish list. View all of the products in our inventory and add to your wish list the items you’re interested in renting. Once you have your favorites selected, click the submit wish list button and send it over to us. We’ll review the list and let you know which items are available to rent for your event.

How much does it all cost?

That is up to you! Our rentals are priced individually, giving you the opportunity to choose as many or as few as you’d like. We work with every type of budget.  

Can I purchase an item?

No, not at this time. We hope to add an online store for items to purchase in the near future.
In the meantime, we ONLY rent out our inventory./p>

How long can I keep an item?

Our standard rental period is three days, which includes a pick up day and a drop off day. For weekend rentals, pick up is on Friday and drop off is on Monday. 

Is all of your inventory online?

No, we have hundreds of products in our inventory. We are adding new products online daily.

Can I view your inventory in person?

Yes! We would love for you to visit our showroom in person. Book an appointment here.

Do you deliver?

Unfortunately, not at this time. We hope to offer delivery services in the near future.

Can I select specific patterns or designs from within your mismatched dishes?

No. Due to the size of our inventory and the time that it would take to sort through specific patterns, we are unable to accommodate this request. Every piece that is lucky enough to be a part of a collection was carefully hand selected by our professional pickers.

I'm looking for a specific item, but don't see it in your inventory. Can you find it for me?

Yes, we love going on treasure hunts! Just shoot us an email with a picture of the item you’re looking for and when you need it by. If it’s something we’re interested in adding to our inventory, there will be no custom search fee charged to your order (standard rental rates will apply).

Reservations & Payments

How do I reserve my items?

Search through our inventory and save items to your wish list. Once complete, send it our way! We’ll check on item availability and send you a quote with three days. To turn a quote into a reservation, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, credit card and license on file.

When should I reserve my items?

The sooner, the better. Our rentals are reserved based on who makes the first deposit. 

How long can I keep an item?

Can I make changes to my order?

Yes, you can change your order up to three weeks prior to your event, subject to item availability. Please note: the 50% deposit is non-refundable.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept checks and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express). All credit card transactions will be charged a 3% processing fee.

When is my balance due?

Your remaining balance is due three weeks before your event date.

Oh no! I broke it.

Don’t worry, it happens. We absolutely love our rentals and get sad when our items are damaged, go missing or are not respected, but we understand accidents happen. We require a copy of your license and a credit card on file for incidentals. If the item can be be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair of the item. If the rental is lost, chipped, cracked, or otherwise damaged, we will charge your credit card on file five times the rental rate in order to replace the item.


Where is this located?

Our venue is a private room located inside our store. When hosting a party, we close the store so your event is completely private!

Can I bring in my own food?

Yes! We intentionally built a venue where Aunt Sue can bring her home baked brownies and Grandma can bring her famous potato salad! OR you can hire a caterer!

Do you have a kitchen available?

Yes, we offer a kitchen prep-room. We don’t have a stove or oven, so food must be ready to prepare upon arrival.

I have a large guest list. Can you accommodate?

Our main room can only seat up to 40 guests comfortably. But we do have an add-on overflow/lounge room available.

Do you host weddings?

We would love to host a small, intimate wedding! Please contact us for more information regarding wedding rates and all-inclusive decor for your special day!

How do I reserve my event date?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your event date. Once a payment is processed, your date will be reserved.

*Please note: we work on a first deposit, first reservation basis. Due to high quote volume, we can only reserve when a deposit is processed.

Can I take a tour before booking?

Yes! We would love for you to stop in for a cup of coffee and a tour. Book an appointment here.
